Step 1: Download and install the VNDIRECT application with your Android or iOS mobile phone. Please refer here.
Note: For foreign customers using iOS devices, please go to App Store, click on the account icon in the upper right corner of the screen, select the account name and select Country/Region as Vietnam to be able to download the application on the App Store.
Step 2: Access https://trade.vndirect.com.vn/ and request Get the access code right on the price list to register for the OTP received on the mobile device. Access code will be sent via email to customers who have registered with VNDIRECT.
Step 3: Enter the authentication code that VNDIRECT provides via email.
