I. Benefits of Professional Securities Investors
Upon confirmation as a Professional Securities Investor ("PSI"), Clients may trade securities that are exclusively reserved for PSIs under applicable regulations, including privately placed corporate bonds and other privately placed securities.
II. Eligibility Criteria and Required Documents for Confirmation of PSI Status

III. Methods for Submission of Documents
Method 1: In-person Submission
You may submit your documentation at any VNDIRECT branch/transaction office nationwide during business hours.
VNDIRECT staff will review the documentation and assist with the receipt process in accordance with regulations.

IV. Checking Confirmation Status
Upon receipt and verification of complete and valid documents, VNDIRECT will update the Client’s PSI status. You may check your status via:
The MYDGO website;
The VNDIRECT DGO application;

V. Frequently Asked Questions
1. I am trading at VNDIRECT and have an average value of securities portfolio at least VND 2 billion or more over 180 consecutive days as prescribed by law. Do I need to submit documentation?
No. If you meet the prescribed conditions and the relevant data has been recorded in the VNDIRECT system, the system will automatically update your PSI status.
2. I am currently trading at another securities company. Can my status be confirmed at VNDIRECT?
Yes. You only need to provide complete documentation as prescribed for VNDIRECT to carry out the confirmation.
3. If my total value of securities sold at VNDIRECT is VND 1 billion or more, do I need to submit documentation?
No. If you meet the prescribed conditions and the data is recorded in the system, VNDIRECT will automatically update your PSI status.
