I. Benefits of Professional Securities Investors
Once your Professional Securities Investor (PSI) status has been confirmed, you may trade securities that are exclusively reserved for PSIs under applicable regulations, including privately placed corporate bonds and other privately placed securities.
II. Eligibility Criteria and Required Documents for Confirmation of PSI Status

III. Methods for Submission of Documents
Method 1: In-person Submission
You may submit your documentation at any VNDIRECT branch/transaction office during business hours.
VNDIRECT staff will review the documentation and assist with the receipt process in accordance with regulations.

IV. Checking Confirmation Status
Once VNDIRECT has received and verified all required documents, your PSI status will be updated. You may check your status via:

V. Frequently Asked Questions
1. If I already trade through VNDIRECT and my average securities portfolio value has been at least VND 2 billion for 180 consecutive days, do I still need to submit documents?
No. If you meet the prescribed conditions and the relevant data has been recorded in the VNDIRECT system, the system will automatically update your PSI status.
2. I am currently trading at another securities company. Can I request PSI confirmation at VNDIRECT?
Yes. You only need to provide complete documentation as prescribed for VNDIRECT to carry out the confirmation.
3. If my total value of securities sold at VNDIRECT is VND 1 billion or more, do I need to submit documentation?
No. If you meet the prescribed conditions and the data is recorded in the system, VNDIRECT will automatically update your PSI status.
