The 24/7 Order feature allows customers to place stock trading orders at any time outside of official trading hours, enabling investors to optimize their time and manage their portfolios flexibly.
1. How to Place a 24/7 Order
Step 1: Log In to Your Account

Access:
Website: trade.vndirect.com.vn
VNDIRECT Mobile App.

Authentication:
Log in using your username/password.
Complete security verification via OTP code.
Step 2: Place the Order
Select the Order function
Choose order type: 24/7 Order.

Enter order information:
Order type: Buy or Sell.
Stock code.
Quantity and order price.

Confirm the order:
Click the Buy or Sell button to complete the GTD order placement.
You can track your placed orders in the Order Book.
The order will be recorded immediately and will wait for processing on the next trading day.
2. Important Features to Note
Order Time:
From 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (after official trading hours).
Supported Order Type:
Only supports Limit Orders (LO).
Price Information:
Ceiling price, floor price, and reference price for the next trading day will be updated from 3:30 PM (after trading hours).
Checking Information:
At the time of placing the order, information such as NAV, buying power, and cash may not match the data for the next trading day.
Recommendation: Check the order again before trading hours to ensure accuracy.
Order Processing:
The system does not check conditions related to price, buying power, or maximum selling quantity when placing the order.
The order will be recorded as "Recorded" in the Order Book.
Cancel/Modify Order:
Customers can modify the price and quantity or cancel the order in the Order Book (subject to exchange regulations).
Order Expiration:
If for any reason the order is not matched (rejected, does not meet conditions, or canceled), the order will automatically expire at the end of the trading day.
