Types of Orders at VNDIRECT

1. Normal Order (Limit Order/LO)

• Target Users: All investors.

• Characteristics: The order is sent to the exchange when the conditions for buying/selling power, volume, and price are met.

• Order Time: From 8 PM the previous day until the end of the next trading session.

• Price Options: LO, ATO, ATC, MTL, MOK, MAK.

• Validity: In the current trading session; unmatched orders will be canceled at the end of the session.

• Order Channels: Lightning Price Board, VNDIRECT DGO App, VNDIRECT DStock App.

2. 247 Order

• Target Users: Investors who want to place orders early for the next trading session.

• Characteristics:

  • Orders are entered into the system at 8 PM and will wait to be sent to the exchange in the next trading session.

  • Orders that do not meet the conditions will be canceled immediately.

• Order Time: From 3 PM to 8 PM on trading days.

• Price Options: LO, ATC, ATO.

• Validity: In the next trading session; unmatched orders will be canceled at the end of the session.

• Order Channels: DBoard Price Board, VNDIRECT DGO App, VNDIRECT DStock App.

3. GTD Order (Good Till Date - Multi-Day Order)

• Target Users: Investors who want to place orders at their expected price without needing to monitor daily.

• Characteristics:

  • Orders are automatically placed each trading day when the conditions (buying/selling power, volume, price) are met until the volume is fully matched or the order expires.

• Order Time: Within 24 hours daily.

• Price Options: LO.

• Validity: Until fully matched or expired.

• Order Channels: DBoard Price Board, VNDIRECT DGO App, VNDIRECT DStock App.

4. Conditional Order (Stop Limit Order)

• Target Users: Investors who want to place an order when the stock price reaches the target price (activation price).

• Characteristics:

  • The order is activated only once when the price reaches the activation level.

  • If conditions are met, the order will be sent to the exchange; if not, the order will be canceled immediately.

  • The placed price and activation price can differ.

• Order Time: Within 24 hours daily.

• Price Options: LO.

• Validity: Until activated or until expiration.
